Question (and second hypothesis)

• How many years to get a good, efficient practice of the internet in a developped country?

• Is the internet a mere technology?
  Or, as Jack Goody says, an intellectual technology?

• Internet or TV? Culture, science, or intellectual lobotomy?

• In France, 87% users cannot use properly a search engine

Conclusion: Writing is a technology, the internet is part of writing.
Technologies never can improve societies: technical determinism is an absurdity.
The internet creates the conditions of an intellectual (and by the way, economical) divide greater than access to education and culture.
